Changing the app language
Where to find it: Settings → Language
Switch the language the app is shown in. This also decides which language posts are translated into.

Height and weight units
Where to find it: Settings → Measurements
Choose how heights and weights are shown across the app — on profiles, stats and the PDF export. Values are stored once and converted on the fly, so switching units never changes anyone's actual height or weight.

Using more than one account
Where to find it: Profile tab → account name at the top, Messages tab → account name at the top, or Settings → Switch account
You can add more than one SportNet account on the same device and switch between them without signing in each time. Tap your account name at the top of the Profile or Messages tab, or use Settings → Switch account, to open the switcher.

Changing your email address
Where to find it: Settings → Change Email
Enter the new address and confirm it from the verification email we send you.

Change it from Settings, or use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen if you cannot get in — we email you a reset link.

Deleting your account
Where to find it: Settings → Delete Account
Your profile is hidden immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. Sign back in within that window to restore it.
Good to know
- After 30 days the deletion cannot be undone.

18+ only
Inviting friends and the prize draw
Where to find it: Settings → Invite friends
Share your referral link. When a friend downloads the app and signs up with your code you earn an entry in the draw for a SportNet hat, up to 10 entries. Free to enter, no purchase necessary, and the winner is contacted through their SportNet account.

- Only available on accounts confirmed as 18 or over.

Not available yet
Connecting Strava, Garmin, Apple Watch or Fitbit
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations
Fitness app and device integrations are not available yet. The Integrations screen lists Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit and Strava, but every one of them is marked Coming soon and none can be connected today.

- Do not describe how to connect these — there is no working connect flow.
Contacting a human
Where to find it: Settings → Help & Support
Help & Support has common questions and an email link to the support team. To report a bug or suggest something, use Settings → Send Feedback instead.

Where to find it: Settings → Send Feedback
Send a bug report, a feature idea or general feedback straight to the team from inside the app.

Rate SportNet
Where to find it: Settings → Help & Support → Rate SportNet
Opens the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) page where you can leave a star rating and a written review of SportNet. The app may also show a small native rating prompt on its own after you've followed a few people, published your first post, or used the app a few times — that one is optional and only appears once.
Good to know
- The native rating prompt is shown by iOS/Android at their discretion and can't be re-opened from inside the app — use Rate SportNet in Help & Support to leave a review at any time.
